Home Remedies – Getting Ready for Winter

How can we prepare for winter using what we have in our garden and kitchen? In this workshop, we’ll discover traditional knowledge about medicinal plants and prepare some homemade remedies.

From the Garden to the Jar

As winter approaches, we invite you to rediscover traditional knowledge and natural resources that, over the years, have been used to support the immune system, promoting comfort and well-being during the colder months. In this workshop, we will explore the world of medicinal plants and natural preparations that can become part of a seasonal self-care routine.

Throughout the session, participants will have the opportunity to prepare some homemade remedies using what we have in the garden and kitchen.

A warm, engaging, and inspiring experience that brings together knowledge, tradition, and nature, offering simple tools to help you and your family care for yourselves during the winter.
