Entrance to Monserrate Park can be made from 18.30 onwards. 

A general tour of the Palace is included. 

The audience sits on the grass, which has a steep slope.                                                

For greater comfort, it is recommended to wear warm clothes, comfortable shoes and a blanket. 

There is no tolerance for lateness. 

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of a date change or event cancellation. 

Plan your journey in advance, depending on your means of transport, so that you arrive at the venue at the desired time.
